Daily Comment

A slow day, full of snow. I intermittently get to work from home, and this was a day when that happened.

Of course, it was a busy day, made more challenging by the fact that my home setup isn't as robust as my office setup. Still, what a job, when I have that kind of flexibility. I'm so grateful when I think about the series of negative events that resolved into this very positive situation I find myself in.

January to June, 2014 Daily Weight

Diet Comment

OK, not bad, considering the high-carb late night snack yesterday. Visiting the World of Beer to get the details on a Summer gig at this new Mall bar, I saw that they had Schmaltz Brewery's He-brew Messiah Bold ale on hand, so I had to order one. Possibly my current favorite beer, and not distributed in Syracuse, for some reason, even though the brewery is in Brooklyn.

Food Log 

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs with sauteed onions, peppers, baby kale, and baby Spinach, along with a slice of Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast with butter.

Lunch

Salmon and egg salad on baby kale, baby spinach, chard and cole slaw mix with balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner

Pepperoni.

Liquid Intake

   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 84+ oz. and one bottle of He-brew Messiah Bold.
