10:10pm: A Quest bar and some walnuts and 90% dark chocolate.

12:20am: Chopped salad (chard, kale, red cabbage, spinach, shaved parmesan, walnuts, sriracha chicken breast, homemade mayonnaise) .
Liquid Intake
6:10pm: A Quest bar and some walnuts.
Lunch
10:10pm: A Quest bar and some walnuts and 90% dark chocolate.
Dinner
