My large, late meal means the best I could eke out of yesterday was no change.

Breakfast
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia seeds, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend

Lunch
Dal Tadka with scrambled eggs and spinach

Dinner
Pepperoni and coconut Paleo bread with guacamole and a Spring Mix, cole slaw mix salad with balsamic vinaigrette.

Snack
Pepperoni and Ezekiel Golden Flax cereal with blueberries, almond milk and stevia-inulin blend.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  20 oz.   Water:  124+ oz.
