Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    193.8
 lbs.
Previous Weight (10/3/25):         190.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    +  3.6 lbs.
Diet Comment
This weekend result was expected. I knew, when I bought a multi-pound bag of mixed nuts, dried fruit and dark chocolate on Sunday, that I had already set myself up for this 'fail' by consuming a large amount of dried-fruit (the addictive chili-coated Trader Joe's kind) with an equal amount of mixed nuts Friday and Saturday. And I ate a pound of the trail mix ("Wholesome Blend") yesterday, between full meals. So, except for the fact that there's a lot of the trail mix left, I intend to undo this by the end of the week.

Breakfast
12:45pm:
LEO (smoked salmon (lox), eggs, and onions) with chili crisps. Sweet potatoes on the side.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
12:05am: A Barebells protein bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 10oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
